At Perfect Extensions, we strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. 

For health and safety reasons, all sales of hair extensions are final. Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted on used, worn, or opened.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
